Shepherd School is a 10 week discipleship training for members of Faith Church that want to leave the sidelines and embrace their calling to help love and lead God’s people in the local church.

Shepherd School is a 10 week hybrid program in person and online.
No. While Faith has a heart to develop a future school of ministry, Shepherd School is a leadership development course designed to raise up and train LifeGroup and Ministry leaders in our local church.
We ask our students to plan for 3 hours per week over the 10 week program. (1.5 hours online and in reading, and 1.5 hours in face to face session with your cadre.
In an effort to maintain the integrity of the process, only one absence is allowed during the 10 weeks.
